In an effort to simplify monthly billing, the City has developed an automatic payment system.  This system simply automates your monthly payments by causing an electronic funds transfer from your bank to the City.  With this service you will save the hassle of remembering to pay your monthly bill and the postage to mail it in.  If you are interested in Direct Billing use the CLICK HERE to download the form.  Print the form, fill it in, attach a voided check or deposit slip and drop it by City Hall or mail it in.
